If the package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or because no one was available to receive it, the cost of re-shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

1. Order Cancellation in Transit: If your purchase has already been processed and shipped, and you decide to cancel, you must wait for the package to arrive at your address before contacting us to ship it back to our company. Refunds will not be processed while the item is in transit.

2. Return Conditions: We do not accept returns or exchanges for used products. The item must be returned exactly as received: with no signs of wear, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

3. Manufacturing Defects: You have up to 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to file a claim regarding manufacturing defects. Once you contact us with proof of the defect (photos or videos), we will get back to you with a solution for your case.
